St. Patrick's Day Treat Ensemble

Hello and top of the morning to you! Linsey here today sharing a fun idea for upcoming St. Patrick's Day! I don't drink beer (so no green beer here) but I do love making cute little goodies for all occasions and this holiday is no exception. These treats were put together rather easily and can be handed out to classmates, co-workers, neighbors and friends! If you happen to be one of those fantastic folks who actually throws a St. Patty's Day party, then these treats will be a hit for sure! Make a whole bunch and everyone can take one home as a party favor!
I used this super easy Test Tube Holder Tutorial to form the treat holders, with the tube themselves holding green MnM's (a perfect fit). Then I had a whole lot of fun decorating them to the max! I made long, flowy bows with 5/8" Bud Green Taffeta Ribbon and 5/8" Satin with Grosgrain Edge Green Apple.`The bows were attached to the front of each test tube along with an ivory button center with Burlap String Parrot Green. A White WOC Spiral Stamen was tucked into each bow as well. For a finishing touch and to balance out the stickers, I added a couple of the different shades of green roses from the WOC 30mm Tuscany Roses Mixed Christmas/Seasonal.
I hope you like my project today and feel inspired to create some fun ribbony treat holders too! Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!

No question, Lilies of the Valley and Bleeding Hearts are my favorite Spring flowers ... both are early arrivals and both have fantasy-like blooms that enchant and delight. And Lilies of the Valley smell sooooo good!
Lovely assortment of ribbons - I can tell that I need them to use on the Graphic 45 "Faery Dust" paper collection projects I'm working on! LOL

Thanks a Bunch 3-D Card

Hello Crafty Friends, and Happy Friday to you all! I'm sure you all are ready for your weekend, I know I am. So today I have a super fun and sweet Thanks A Bunch card. This is a Pop Up card I designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon using their beautiful ribbons, flowers, leaves and embellishments.  I love that Really Reasonable Ribbon carries all these beauties!

My card was designed with a 3-D pop up die from Cheery Lynn Designs to create my card base. Next I picked out this super cute design paper that I've had for awhile now, as I'm trying to use up some of my design papers that I forget about. I made 4 layers all different sizes, as I LOVE layering! Each layer is put together using Really Reasonable Ribbon Scotch Refill tape 1/4" wide. Love this tape! Its so easy to use and doesn't get caught up on the wheel of the ATG gun. I also popped the layers by using the Tombow 3-D foam tabs. I use them on just about every card , as I love the 3-D look they give. :)

Ribbon Treatment: I used Really Reasonable Ribbon Concentric Circles on Ocean Blue Satin ribbon for the bottom bow, it was in my scrap jar.  Then for the top I used the super pretty Pink Canvas Color Band with Stitched Edge, as its new to my stash, and wanted to use it. I absolutely LOVE this ribbon and will have to get more of the colors, as this is my first time using it.

Flowers: I used these gorgeous flowers (1st time) from Really Reasonable Ribbon and they are called Pretty Flori Pastel Anemone.  They are beautiful in person, and the perfect size for cards and albums! They are backed with the Green Leaves. I know they will be perfect for many other projects as well.

Tag:  It was in my stash and I thought how cute it would be to add a sentiment to it. So I used these darling Thicker flower-like alphabet to spell A Bunch , the A is in the left corner right above the Bunch. Lastly I added a little resin embellishment flower to the T.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies Used:
3-Foam Tabs Tombow
Scotch Advanced Tape Glider Refills 1/4"
Green Leaves
Pretty Flori Pastel Anemone
Pink Canvas Colored Band with Stitched Edge
Concentric Circles on Ocean Blue Satin
Resin Flower with Rhinestone Flatback Cabochons embellishment

Thank you for stopping by and hope you have a wonderful day!
Hugs to all,

A Moment in Time Birthday Greeting Card with Video

For our RRR February Blog, please scroll down or click HERE.

Hey there and happy Wednesday! Ginny here to share a Birthday card with gorgeous ribbon from  Really Reasonable Ribbon.

Mixing plaids and gingham? Don't mind if I do.
Adding spiral stamens really bulks up a flower arrangement and a loopy string bow fills it in.
More flowers is always the right answer.
I've added a die cut banner with metal clip for the front of this card and finished the inside with coordinating paper patterns.

Please enjoy this video tutorial on how I created this card.....
Really Reasonable Ribbon~ Black Plaid Ribbon, Ivory Burlap String, Gold Spiral Stamens, White Cherry Blossom.

Wishing everyone a happy and productive day : ) G
