Under the Sea Birthday wishes card

Hello crafty friends and Happy Thursday to you all! Hope you are having a super awesome week so far, as this week is almost over, well close to the weekend! :)
Today I wanted to share this sweet Birthday card I created for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the beautiful white Taffeta ribbon.  I love airbrushing and this kit here inspired me to do under the sea airbrushing and stamping.

My card was designed using Lagoon paper collection, and then Lagoon stamps. I airbrushed everything using copic markers and the air compressor unit. Love how it turned out.

Each stamped image was airbrushed, then fussy cut, and then I added some stickles to one, glossy accents to another, and left the little starfish the way he was just airbrushed. I did add white gel dots to each of the 3 pieces.

Bubbles have glossy accents

Bow was created using Really Reasonable Ribbons beautiful white taffeta ribbon.

All layers were popped using Really Reasonable Ribbons foam tabs, I used the thin white and then the tombow 3-D ones that they carry in the store.
I really had a lot of fun creating this card ,and it was a good distraction as my laptop is down and I ended up buying a new all in one desktop the other day. So glad to have a new one, as my laptop was being a pain in the you know what for awhile now.

I hope you enjoyed my post for today, and thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you have a lovely day!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Dreams

Hi crafty friends.  Bonnie here today with a colorful card featuring a pretty bow made using Delicate Stitched Satin Ribbon along with some lovely Embellishments all from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
We closing in on the end of summer (already!!) and I wanted to make one more card with some bright summer colors.  The digital papers and sentiment on this card are from the new Magnolia Dreams collection from Graciellie Design and the dies are some of my favorites from Cheery Lynn Designs.
I have a strip of 5/8" Shocking Pink Delicate Stitched Satin Ribbon topped with 3/8" Turquoise Quatrefoil Print Satin Ribbon running across the upper third of the card and that is topped with the sentiment panel.  Rather than attach the ribbon on the back of the panel, I simply dove-tailed the ends.

My flowers were created with the Floral Bouqet kit from Cheery Lynn Designs and the centers are adorned with 10mm Hot Pink Flat Back Resin Beads and Silver Gear Charms topped with a Heart Shaped Dotted Wave Rhinestone.
My bow was made on my Bow-it-All V3.0 Tool using Turquoise and Shocking Pink Delicate Stitched Satin Ribbon.  The center was finished off with a Heart Shaped Flat Back Pearl Bead.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  For more information on the other products used on my card, please visit my Make Time to Craft Blog.

Find Joy Greeting Card

Hey there Peeps! Just dropping in with a greeting card so full of homespun country charm.

Yellow is not always my go to color.....but I'm quite please with it this time paired with warm woodsy brown.
Since it's a countrified card, I'm adding burlap flowers and twine for a natural texture. Of course I added other more stylized flowers too to complete the arrangement.

This chevron ribbon makes the most perfect bow and topped off with the fancy brad, it's just that much more awesome.

I always like the inside of my cards to be finished to coordinate with the outside.

If one die cut doily is good......then two must be better right? Last but not least a little clip and this card is ready to make someones day!

Really Reasonable Ribbon~ Champagne Chevron Stripe on Twill, Ivory Burlap String.

Okay that's all for me. Wishing everyone a happy and productive day : ) G

Friendship Begins.......

Welcome by today, everyone!  It's Karen Letchworth posting today with a fun card I created using some Really Reasonable Ribbon favorites of mine.  One reason why I love Really Reasonable Ribbon SO much is because I know that I can always find the perfect color ribbons, trims, flowers, and more to adorn ANYTHING I'm working on.  This card was no exception.   Just look at all these fun goodies!
I used a hot pink card stock on my card base and covered it with one patterned paper using Scor-Tape.  I added a journalling card, and I stamped my sentiment on that.  Next, I ran a width of Cream Seam Binding across my card, and then tied a bow with the Cream Seam Binding and some Summer Rose Seam Binding
The next thing I did was to add some lovely Mulberry Flowers including a Pink Cottage Rose and two Teal Blue Cosmo Daisies from the Mixed Aqua/Blues Cosmos Daisies Collection.  The  White Cosmo Daisy on my bow is also from this same collection.  Finally, I added two White Flatback Pearls to accent my card.
We would absolutely love to have you play along in our CURRENT CHALLENGE; and don't forget to stop back here often for lots of great inspiration.  The Really Reasonable Ribbon store is filled with the most AMAZING products, so why not do some window shopping and treat yourself to something new?  There are so many fabulous products that I know you will love.

Have a great week,
Karen

Next I added just a small amount of Silver Metallic Bakers Twine to the die cut.
Next I added a few recipes, buttons and extra watercolor die cuts o the layout.

Hello

{judy} Good morning! I was recently asked about pattern mixing with designer papers, so today I am sharing this sweet little, mailable card, showing four different patterns. Paper companies make it so easy to mix and match, using papers from the same paper pack. These are from The {Stamps} of Life, as is my sentiment stamp. There are elements of each of the same shades of colors, which makes for a fun, eye-catching card.

I "tied" it all together with some of my favorite Cotton Candy Baker's Twine, but still kept it flat for easy mailing! As always, I use Scor-Tape to hold my layers together. That's it for me today! Be sure to come play along in our "Anything Goes" Challenge! Thanks for stopping by!

Then scroll down to show word verification for comments? and select No.
We love to visit your blogs and leave comments on all the terrific entries, but the word verification really slows us down. :o)

I Love Fall All Occasion Greeting Card

Hello, Ribbon Lovers!  Kathy here with a super cute and colorful fall themed card.

i just love these warm, vibrant fall colors!  I found this random fall paper (I have no idea where it came from) while organizing my fall paper stash.  It was such a perfect match for the Autumn Harvest Ribbon Club Assortment that I immediately decided to use it.  I had just one sheet, but that was all I needed to make this 5" x 7" top fold card.

I love to use ribbon or trim to create borders on a card.  For this card, I created a belly band with Random Autumn Leaves on Ivory Grosgrain Ribbon, 3/8" Tangerine Satin with a grosgrain edge, and 3/8" Autumn Bold Vertical Stripes Ribbon.  I used the stripey ribbon as a header on my card, and crochet lace as a footer.  These ribbons add texture, pattern and dimension to the card design.

The bow cluster is made with crisp, vibrant Tangerine Taffeta Ribbon, more of the Random Autumn Leaves and Natural Burlap String.  Honestly, I don't know how I would craft without Natural Burlap String!  I use it and its best buddy Ivory Burlap String all the time!

The flowers on this card are WOC Mixed Earth Tone Chrysanthemums.  They  make me think of the fall mums that line everyone's steps during the fall.  I love them!

I decorated the inside of the card with the rest of this cute paper, then added a few embellies and a pocket.

This pumpkin cookie recipe is a fall favorite at our house...and what could go better with cookies and a hot cup of tea!  YUM!

I hope I've shared some ideas that you can use in your own crafty adventures!  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Cheerio,

kathy

Cute Critter Cards with Plaid Ribbons

Hi friends! Linsey here today sharing two cute greeting cards I made and they feature some of my favorite gingham/plaid ribbons from RRR!
I just love gingham and plaid ribbons of all kinds and sizes! They always seem to coordinate perfectly with any card or creation I make and they are so easy to tie into a pretty bow with having to fuss with the direction the ribbon is in, etc. For these 2 cards, I chose Plaid Black Ribbon and the new Plaid Sherry/Ivory Ribbon. I also challenged myself to use some embellishments from my stash that I tend forget about, which in this case were a couple big buttons tied with Burlap Natural String and different colored sequins. I had fun and I hope you have fun looking!
And that's all for me! Thanks so much for buzzing by today! Happy crafting!!

Thanks Card

Hello everyone and Happy Monday to all!
Today I have a super simple card I made for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the beautiful taffeta ribbon , netting and embellishments. On my card I made a big white bow using RRR Taffeta ribbon, and love the way it looks. I tried to keep my card simple which is always hard for me to do...hehehehe

My card consist of two layers from the Delft Collection. I did the bottom layer in leftover design paper, then added some of Really Reasonable Ribbons White Netting in 1.5" before adding the sentiment layer. For my sentiment layer I stamped the Delft Stamps and colored, then used Really Reasonable Ribbons 3-D Foam tabs to pop it up. Next I added the white bow and lastly I added some of the RRR Resin flower embellishments.

Super fast and easy card to make when you need a last minute thank you!
Hope you enjoyed my post for today!
Thank you for looking and have a lovely week.

hugs to all,
Cheryl
